Are you Drinking the Right Type of Milk?

Most people do not know that there are more than one type of milk out there. Many would assume when you talk about types of milk, one might mean whole, low fat or skim. These processed milks are bad for the human body for very different reasons that will be discussed shortly. The mainstream milk you buy in your local grocery store is filled with antibiotics and when something says low fat, it should also be labeled high sugar.
